I think many have to agree that the burritos here are the the stars at Kono's. Wish I had tried one of their breakfast burritos but was fairly full at the time. We opted to try Kalua pork nachos and it wasn't bad. And also ordered a kid's meal with the mini pork bomber burrito. Kiddo couldn't finish the burrito since it was pretty huge for a kids size, so I ate the rest. Lol. The burrito was definitely the star though. Packed with flavor--consist of kalua pork, sushi rice (I believe), and also cheese if I remember correctly. Never had a burrito with sushi rice before and sure did hit the spot. This located right across the street from the International Market Place on Kūhiō, nearby Target. We had a chill night under the ambient lights in their courtyard. Love it. Zero parking around as you may know. Cheers

I got the pulled pork sliders. They were fantastic 10 out of 10 would recommend. Easy stop right off the main drag.

If you're hungry this place is the place to eat at. Their burritos are massive and delicious. I got their veggies with bacon burrito with avocado and sour cream. A bit watery but definitely a must have. Wait was about 15 minute, it's definitely a local place.

Shared a breakfast burrito with my bf, and it was loaded! We ordered the chun burrito. The pork was a little dry but the salsa was good. Was a solid breakfast before going hiking!

Tried this place because we love breakfast burritos and we were happy with it! Got the Local breakfast bomber and it was delicious. The service was really friendly! The spot itself is a grab-n-go but there's seating in the shared plaza it's located in.

Stumbled upon here because it was right across from my hotel. I got the guava mint freshly squeezed lemonade to pair with my chuns bomber breakfast burrito. The guava mint freshly squeezed lemonade paired so well by itself. The freshly squeezed lemonade with the fresh guava juice and mint was not a drink I'd normally select because I don't prefer mint, but this combination worked well and the mint wasn't overpowering for me. The chuns bomber was a massive burrito packed with savory goodness with salsa on the side. I'm glad I tried it out because the combination of kulua pork, cheese, eggs, potatoes, etc were so good and all melted in your mouth. I would come again for this! You order at the counter and then you wait for your order. There is no dedicated seating at the restaurant, but there are a few outdoor seating tables shared by the restaurants in that vicinity.

The Big Pig Quesadilla had a very generous helping of the pork. The combo of pork, onions, jalapeños and bbq sauce was really good. It was a big portion of food as well. It just took 5-10 minutes to get my food and they bring it out to you
